Sage Newman is the President & Founding Broker at LacMont Realty Group. Since 2013, Sage has been involved in over $380,000,000 of real estate deals where he has helped clients make offers, negotiate contracts, and close transactions. Sage enjoys all aspects of the real estate transaction process and uses his extensive professional network, excellent listening and communication skills, and attention to detail to obtain the best results for his clients.

When it comes to providing advice on real estate investments, Sage works diligently with his clients to review all financial aspects of any deal. Clients appreciate his objectivity, experience, and market knowledge to help them achieve their investment goals and maximize their financial success.

Besides working on residential transactions, Sage has extensive knowledge and expertise in the medical/dental/veterinary industry of the commercial real estate sector. In particular, he has assisted numerous medical/dental/veterinary practitioners in developing, selling, purchasing, or leasing real estate for their evolving practices and partnerships.

When not working, Sage enjoys spending his free time outdoors hiking and running. The many beautiful state and national parks in Washington are his favorite places to enjoy these activities.
